Accommodation reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In the event that a selected property becomes unavailable after booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavor to secure accommodation of a comparable standard and location, subject to your approval where reasonably practicable.

All accommodation bookings remain subject to the applicable terms, policies, and cancellation conditions of the respective accommodation provider.
