Unless expressly stated otherwise in your quotation or confirmed itinerary, applicable park entry fees are included in our safari packages.
Yes. All our travel packages may be tailored to your preferred travel dates, duration, accommodation category, activities, budget, and group size. Our travel consultants will prepare a personalized quotation based on your requirements.
Our cancellation policy is designed to reflect commitments made to hotels, airlines, transport providers and other travel suppliers.
Cancellation charges generally apply as follows:
• More than 30 days before travel: Loss of booking deposit only.
• 15–30 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost.
• 72 hours to 14 days before travel: 75% of the total package cost.
• Less than 72 hours before travel or failure to travel: 100% of the total package cost.
Approved refunds, where applicable, are normally processed within 7–14 business days, subject to the applicable terms of third-party suppliers where relevant.

Yes. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable booking deposit or full payment, together with written confirmation issued by Acacia Elites Tours and Travel Ltd.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a non-refundable booking deposit of 30%–50% of the total package price is required to secure reservations, with the remaining balance payable before the commencement of travel in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
The applicable deposit percentage may vary depending on the destination, travel dates, supplier requirements and the nature of the travel package.
